66-year-old female after massive weight loss had excess skin of her inner thigh which was removed with a combination of liposuction and skin removal.
Procedure
- Inner (Medial) Thigh Lift: This technique addresses sagging skin and excess fat on the inner thighs. The surgeon makes an incision in the groin area, extending down the inner thigh if necessary to remove the unwanted skin and fat.
- Vertical Thigh Lift: This procedure focuses on the entire length of the inner thighs, an extended version of the medial thigh lift that removes excess skin and fat, resulting in firmer, smoother thighs.
