36-year-old female 1 year after 295 cc moderate profile silicone implants. She presented with breast asymmetry. With a subfascial technique Dr. Hayes was able to improve her symmetry. She is loving the natural shape and feel of her breasts.

Under general anesthesia, the surgeon makes an incision in inconspicuous areas to minimize visible scarring. The breast implant is then inserted into a pocket either under the pectoral muscle (a submuscular placement) or directly behind the breast tissue, over the pectoral muscle (a submammary or subglandular placement). The incisions are then closed with layered sutures in the breast tissue and skin adhesives to minimize any visible scar.
